ORDERING THROUGH THE SHOPPING CART
When clicking the "Add to Cart" or "View
Cart" button, you will be taken to a secure shopping cart to enter your
payment information. You have a choice between different credit cards,
Electronic check, Paypal, or a Mail/Fax invoice that you can print and mail
in with your check.
All information is confidential and is not
shared with anyone at any time, now or ever.
There are times when Internet traffic
congestion can stall the ordering process. If you ever have a problem, you
may call us directly anytime and we will make sure your order goes through.
SHIPPING:
We ship immediately depending on stock availability.
In some cases we may ship directly to you from the Manufacturer's
warehouse. Your Packing Slip/ Invoice will come from the Main Office in
Texas.
Orders received after 2 PM CST will be shipped the
following day.
If there is any problem, we will contact you by phone.
RETURNS:
All units come with a 1 year Manufacturer's warranty.
If you have any problem with a defective unit, please call us right away and
we will arrange for you to have a replacement shipped to you immediately.
If you have decided to return your unused item for
reasons other than what is covered by warranty and it has not been used, a
15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credited amount for orders
within 30 days, 25% for orders within 90 days. We do not accept restocking
returns over 90 days from delivery. Credit is calculated on the unit price
only. Shipping is not refundable on restocking items.
Please understand -- we do not issue refunds for items
that have been used and are not defective. Please check with your medical
professional before placing an order to make sure the product you order is
what you need. Used electrodes or equipment are not refunded unless they
